Terms of Use for Jira™ Data Fetcher for Google Sheets™

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the “Jira Data Fetcher for Google Sheets” add-on ("the Add-on"). Your access to and use of the Add-on is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Use of the Add-on

   • The Add-on is provided to you to facilitate the synchronization of data from your Atlassian Jira™ instance into a Google Sheet™. You agree to use the Add-on only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of service of both Google™ and Atlassian™.

2. User Responsibilities

   • You are solely responsible for the Jira™ and Google™ accounts you use to connect to and operate the Add-on.

   • You are responsible for the data you choose to sync and for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to access and process that data.

   • You agree not to use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden the services of Google™ or Atlassian™.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

   • The Add-on is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Add-on will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that the data it syncs will be accurate or reliable. You use the Add-on at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

   • In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Add-on.

5. Changes to These Terms

   • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms.

   • Jira™ and Atlassian™ are trademarks of Atlassian Pty Ltd. Google™, Google Sheets™, Google Workspace™, and Google Apps Script™ are trademarks of Google LLC. This Add-on is not created by, affiliated with, or supported by Atlassian Pty Ltd or Google LLC.
